|1||Dushanbe||Arrival in Dushanbe (Tajikistan): Transfer to Hotel. Rest day. Evening walking around the Dushanbe streets. Dinner in Tajik National Chai Khana (Tee Place). This is the perfect place for adaptation and to be ready for the journey to Yagnob. Accommodation in Dushanbe Hotel.
|2||Dushanbe – Hissar||Breakfast at hotel.
Sightseeing the city .Hazrati Mavlono mosque, Monument Ismoili Somoni, Rudaki Park.
Visit the Museum of National Antiquities with exhibits primarily from Tajikistan’s pre-Islamic civilizations: the Greek, Bactrian, Buddhist, Hindu, and Zoroastrian periods. There is statue of Alexander the Great and wall paintings from ancient Penjikent. The most notable piece in the museum is the enormous, fifteen-hundred-year-old reclining Buddha, which is the largest in existence. Considering that Tajikistan has been so disadvantaged by poverty and politics, the museum is a testament to the people’s desire to catch up with the rest of the world.
Excursion to Hissar Valley. Just a short distance from Dushanbe (35 km), on a wide plain surrounded by mountains, lies the Hissar Historic Cultural Reserve, where we will explore the fascinating remains of an 18th and 19th century archaeological complex consisting of a fortress, madras, and an ethnographic museum. Overnight in hotel.
|3||Dushanbe – Varzob – Margeb||Breakfast at hotel.
Drive to Varzob.
Overnight in Margeb in guest house.
|4||Shoveta||After breakfast will walk to the village Shoveta (height 1900m). (walking 5 hours).
Overnight in tents near the shepherds area.
|5||Piskon – Nometkon – Kiryunte||Breakfast.
Trip to small villages Piskon and Nometkon, then continue the way to Kiryunte (height 2700m).
Overnight in tents.
|6||South Mountain – Hissar Mountains||Campaign towards South Mountain and Hissar Mountains. (Ahead of the highest point on the mountain Akun 5200m).
Overnight in village Kalon.
|7||Rost Mountain||Campaign towards to Rost Mountain (Pass Rost 4020m).
Overnight in tents near glacier.
|8||Village Saripul||Pass through several lakes and hills, travel to village Saripul.
|9||Hadishahr -Veshab||Trip to village Hadishahr along the river Zeravshan. Leave the donkeys and transfer on car then drive to the village Veshab.
|10||Ayni – Penjikent||Drive to Ayni then Penjikent. Sightseeing of city. Two temples of Zoorastrizm. Visiting the market.
Overnight in Hotel.
|11||Sarazm||Drive to Sarazm then to Mazari Sharif mausoluem Muhammadi Bashoro.
Overnight in guest house.
|12||Iskandar Kul – Saratog||After breakfast drive to the legendary Alexander lake (Iskandarkul), named after the conqueror Alexander (2195m). For the lunch stop in Ayni district. After continue trip to Iskanderkul. On the arrival short stop in Iskanderkul, sightseeing further drive up to the beautiful Saratog village which is located 10km from Iskanderkul.
Overnight in guest house.
|13||Iskandar Kul – Dushanbe||After breakfast driving to Dushanbe – to the capital of the Tajikistan. It is the largest city, as well as political, cultural and economic centre of the country.Will drive over Anzob tunnel and beautiful Varzob Gorge (155 km, approx 4hours).|
|14||Dushanbe||Breakfast, at hotel.
Transfer to Airport for departure flight
